What CPU?
I think it compiles it for AVX and AES-NI, so we, with older processors are out of luck.

Yes. I got blocks before compile miner but diff now is not for solo I think.

in the last 45 minutes I have mined 3 block of 500 BBL with my CPU solo mining... sitting on 2331 BBL after 2 hours of mining (little less than 2 hours actually)

Pool I think. Diff is way too high for solo if you not having Xeon etc.
