Hi, by PoS experts I suppose you mean actual innovators -- not those who merely clone Sunny King's Peercoin, right?

NXT developers (BCNext, CfB, Jean-Luc, jl777, CIYAM and many more)

Mintcoin developers. The wallet is updated many times so they have the experience. But why do you ask, want to create yet another coin? People should stop flooding the market with copy coins and stick to current ones or creating something entirely new.
