I saw worst launch with DLLS error or without DLLS, no sync and crash wallet. XXXcoin for example.

Well this is too. Actually I have Shadow User software which freez OS for write and I turn it on when I'm not playing games, coz saves need to be writed on C. Plus I have encrypted wallets in hidden True Crypt partition with access rights only for second user, not my. Plus AV software. So, new coins with virus can suck my ...

You do realise that if you are hashing on a pool that's not configured correctly, you may as well not be hashing at all (apart from the share percentage when they fix their issues - however that's only for one block).

It's still very low hashrate to find a block with that diff. Need more miners.

For Pool ops - you need to use the foundation address, and convert it appropriately using the provided functions in the stratum.
