They're not lost, they're still in my hand, which means, better prizes the next day.

Carlos you are giving me free money, so I am reluctant to be critical, in fact the most important thing to say is thank you, so thank you.

However, if the goal is to encourage people to visit then I would try and figure out some creative way to recycle the "unclaimed" prizes in a random way.  If you don't then there isn't any reason for anyone to visit coinad except for the four to five minutes per hour when you are offering a bonus prize.  Surely that is not optimal for you to make back your investment.

Regardless, thanks for trying to help people who are new to Bitcoin.

msweb, I bow to your fast fingers, you 2 (or 3?) SRG 0 on the .05 prizes! Nice going!

Two times the .05 (jackpot) and some of the special prizes. I'm a machine Wink and I'm probably one of the 'best' claimers at the 'new' CoinAd Cheesy. Carlos already told that just about 25 members were online on the Halloween jackpots. Maybe not all of them were up for the .05 prizes and some of the active claimers may haven't tried within the right time frame or simply tried not hard enough. Even with the special prizes and the jackpots it's not really worth the effort, and so a lot of the people just don't even think about really try to claim the prizes. So it's just a matter of the technique and of course a little bit of luck to beat the other claimers.

@Carlos: I have an idea. What's about a highscore? A list of all the top members ranked by the total payout amount. Additional the highest daily, weekly, monthly payout amount.. Jackpot and special prizes claim count and so on.. It can also be a way to bring the 'missed' prizes back into the game. P.e. split the 'missed' prizes at the end of the month and add them to the monthly top3's payout list or something like that. This may help to increase the activity.

Next development steps to go (I'm working on the designs):
1. A decentralized cryptoexchange protocol
2. A cryptocoin with a fix USD/Coin rate

I miss the other captcha  Cry

Everyone does, including me and bots.
Its possible to add "remaining prizes for the rest of the day" counter? like the one on dailybitcoins.

It's possible, but I don't think it's a good ideia.

Why not?  It would certainly make a better experience for people using your site.
I don't see how it would hurt you... in fact, like I said before, it would perhaps cause
more users to keep coming back.

You're not the only one. I got it twice, once on a 0.001 and once on 0.0006 BTC. Not like I'm complaining about something that was going to be free anyway :-) but it happened.

Edited to clarify it only happened to me today so far, the first one I don't know what time but the second one approx. 2 hours ago.

Clixsense doesn't require more information than what's posted on the first page?  I just don't want to be spammed.
