He isn't and should not be the judge of that. But I agree, the smell of scam is strong with Bitcoinera!

Like pedrog said, I can't judge what is and what isn't a SCAM without proofs, something might look like a SCAM but it can be legit. But I might change the policy regarding those kind of sites. but will all these you are still rocking with your site

Quick noob question. Never used such sites before. Sometimes in forums I run into urls like: coinad.com/?r=XXXXXXXXXX
Those are referral links I guess. How do I use them? If I click on those links the main page of coinAd pops up with no options or anything.

Referral links basically give a bonus or something similar to the user who referred you, to encourage people to spread word about the service. They usually don't change anything the end user sees on the site.

Not sure how to interpret your comment Lemme reformulate the question. How do I become referral of someone on coinAd? Also, do I get additional ads to click if I am referral of someone?

If you register on CoinAd with somebody's referral link (as in, you click it, and register from that link), they get a portion of all your earnings from clicking ads. You don't get anything.

When you log into CoinAd, just click on your Username, it will bring you to your Account Details page with your affiliate details and your ref link. Take that link and share it with others, if someone registers through it, you will get credited You do not get additional ads to click if you are referral of someone, but you will get additional bitcoins, as if you clicked more yourself

Have you thought about allowing the option of cashouts via Inputs.io? You don't have to pay transaction fees, and your user does not have to pay high fees spending dust.
