Lolwut, Bter is very stable, been using it for like a year and there's never been any "scams". Sometimes they have issues with deposits/withdrawals (like any other exchange), but those are rare, in fact they're better than cryptsy in this regard.

May I suggest that you enable two factor authentication to keep your account safe?


As to the doge, they are sold. I am afraid your doge may be sold by the one who trade your FRC in a very cheap price.
