15 Million coins are allocated for IPO.

If 10 users raise 30 BTC, then all the 10 users will get 15 Million TDY in proportion to the 30 BTC invested.

If 10 users raise 1 BTC, then all the 10 users will get 15 Million TDY in proportion to the 1 BTC invested.

At the moment, based on the IPO spreadsheet in OP, 8 users have raised 0.68 BTC, and these 8 users will get 15 Million TDY in proportion to the 0.68 BTC invested. It's a good deal and too bad, I don't have any BTC with me right now.
