I don't really understand why you would do this - it is more profitable to focus your effort on a single account and raise it to Senior status than spread your efforts across multiple accounts and risk getting them all flagged.

These addresses are linked to each other (and a couple other addresses on my radar) mostly through Local Bitcoins and very small transactions. While this evidence does raise alarms, this case does not require any action.

I would have thought that since the 2 addresses were used in a single transaction, they would be from the same wallet and hence would be controlled by the same person. This evidence is usually conclusive if it was a scam report. But then again, it is your call. 

You wouldn't want somebody claiming that different members in the family use the same bitcoin address....

* BiTJack has enrolled with addresses that are spend-linked to addresses used by KIRAZ and chanz.
* The campaign payment outputs from these three enrollments were spend-linked.
* BiTJack and KIRAZ are currently enrolled with spend-linked addresses.

It is a reasonable conclusion that this is a case of two people using one wallet, which is one enrollment candidate for the purposes of this campaign. The evidence presented from all sides supports this conclusion and it is with great regret that I am forced to bar all three usernames - and effectively both real people - from the campaign.
