Yes, his posts are meaningless and actually he is a awfull English speaker, his English skill is kind of ugly.

 But this doesn't make him a spammer, he didn't make a lot of posts in one day, neither make short post with few words. He is kind of unqualified but not exactly a spammer.

The content of the post is just as crucial as the form when interpreting a message and telling me to ignore that is like telling me to ignore the knife in your hand while you assure me that you won't cut me. Since you're breaking into a thread that doesn't concern you concerning another user, I can only come to two conclusions, which are you are here to either cause trouble or protect a cheater.

I'll assume it's both. Investigations are underway and I'll take appropriate actions. Meanwhile, try using your brain before you pipe off to the guy handing out money.
