The account's ownership was transferred during enrollment. I shouldn't have to explicitly state this is not allowed because it is blatant manipulation of the program.
Both yourself and the original owner were asking me for that payment. Neither of you earned it legitimately, so neither of you received it.

You are allowed to enroll if you wish, but I see you've joined another campaign.

Come on, guys. If you are going to sign up for a signature campaign and run an ad for a whole month, at least follow the rules of the campaign! I disqualified all three of the people that were due for payment today.

Irregular is okay. Posting over half your campaign posts in four days isn't irregular, it's forum flooding which makes the advertisement much less effective. If you read previous replies, you'll see you are the fifth person to be disqualified on this basis.

You posted well over half your posts in a four-day timespan. Just like the other four disqualified for the same reason, you made the majority of your posts in the last few days of your enrollment.

I don't understand why this rule is coming as a surprise to people; it's been posted in the same place for well over a month now, and was also enforced in previous incarnations of this campaign.
