If the laser is damaged, defective, or has other quality issues where the item cannot be used for its intended purpose, i will issue you a replacement or a full refund.

I haven't tested these lasers and don't know if it will work for 400mw for 30 secs straight up, however i did have few viper lasers before 125mw which go for like 150-200$, but i can say that this is much better.

I live in UK, been caught many times. Just say you use it to point at stars, you will get away with it easily.

Yes it comes with charger and rechargable battery, i can't give you exact time but it takes a while for it to die.

Yup, most powerfull 1000 MW. But also got 600,800 aswell as 400

But the laser you are selling must be mili watt's (mW), not mega watt's (MW).

Yeah - after I saw this thread I google'ed a little, these lasers are beasts!
I remember I had a 5 mW tube-based laser in 1996 when I was a kid, much fun - it could make a dot in the night 500 m away... lolz.
I modified it, so it could carry a AM signal, technically able to transmit a message, if anybody had a receiver.
Nothing compared to the one you sell in terms of power.
