That's a good point. I told sometimes in talkcoin community that they should change that.

It's not good to have infinite coins forever through pow

What is the advantage of combined POS/POW ?

So the miner can dump on the people buying in the ICO ?

I understand pure POS coins rising in value because the people that want to get involved need to buy there stakes and hence pushing the price up .

But POW coins are just decreasing slowly slowly in value (after usually a short pump and dump ) because the miners need to pay their overhead ( rigs, electricity )  and put a huge pressure on the price by constantly selling .....

It's not a combined pow/pos. It's a POS coin, with POW and ICO distribution. POW begin after ICO, so miners can't dump on the people buying ICO.
At the end this will be a POS coin, read the whitepaper Wink

It isn't a cheap ICO, so i think that it will keep a good price for miners and won't be dumped as many other coins

so dev want 96 BTC for copy/paste NIST and POS ?

Why do you say that its a copy/paste coin??

Is Doge a copy/paste coin of Litecoin for using scrypt???

It is implementing the algo NIST5, as it is one of the most energy efficient, whats the problrm about this?

The code have been writted from the begining by our programmer. We took the algo from Talkcoin, and also other good parts of other coins. So it is not a copy paste, you will be able to see by yourself checking the source, at the launch.

DOGE didn't ask for 96 BTC before launch, using a premine
Litecoin is also copy/paste, not even the first scrypt, also didn't ask for 96BTC before launch

not hashing, folding and curing (check FLDC merged-folding! reuse good GPUs)

Nobody ask for 96BTC, they just give the option to invest. You want, you can. You don't want, don't do it. Un sold coins will be destroyed, so they can get from 0 btc to 96 btc, that's depend of the people and investors. The point is that if you make a ICO, you have to setup a real value if you are looking for a successful project, like serious coins as maidsafe or safecoin do, you have to look for an objetive market cap, in this case I think everything from 400-600 is a good begining,

I will invest. I have a good feeling, but that's my opinion, you can have another, the good thing is that we have the opportunity to choose.

You are part of Talkcoin team, and you are working for marketing, promoting, develop. I understand that, it's your job be here. But
criticizing others does not make talkcoin better. I told you this as a talkcoins holder.

I even wish them luck and want them to success before because I believe more coins use Talkcoin's innovation will make Talkcoin even more famous. But after seeing the 19.2% premine, I just feel sorry for investors who buy that.
