It actually negatively impacts the IPO from the dev's perspective, as the dev is not receiving additional BTC for more ICB being sold. That said, it wouldn't be the dev or his friends. It could be someone suffering from buyers remorse and wanting to sell the coins they just purchased after changing their mind. Yes, but I never underestimate the power of greed. Suppose he feels the buys are slowing down....... why not unload some while there are still buyers? Or even more plausible, he never intends on launching, so he undercuts the ico to get coin in his pocket. I bought some and I will be shocked if I break even...... maybe I should sell back @.00007999 too. |

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTDue to ICO requirements,we had to made some changes in block structure, but final coins will be the same as announced. The premine block was mined yesterday and sent to Bittrex, and right now 7202 blocks will be mined until the launch with 0 reward during the ICO to maintain the blockchain working.
