Maybe time to get a new main dev?
It is not that easy to get a reliable dev these days, but in case there is no response from Nullu we will have to start thinking about it.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

The Comkort exchange is closing on July 20th.

Withdraw your PreminePlus coins before July 19th while you still can.

They are cancelling all open orders and stopping trades on July 1st, and closing on July 20th.

What's the point of getting a new dev as long as the current team still hold the coins for the last giveaway, and the coins due to be destroyed? It could work if we could get a dev that could swap the coins we have for new ones, and get rid of the coins held by the current dev team. It's difficult getting a reliable dev these days, but even harder getting a reliable dev capable of doing a coin swap.

What's the point of swapping the coin that you got for free and that for now is not backed by any development?
Why not starting a new one from scratch?

Yes starting a new coin is very good idea..... Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

There are plenty of them, but here are people, who have been keeping their coins in hope, that the dev will work on it.Many of them would sell a long time ago,if they knew, that the dev doesnt even plan to do anything.

Look, I repeat as I see you didn't understand that. You got your coins for free, you didn't lose anything but the hope in this coin.  It could have been worse, if you look at plenty of scam coins that you could choose from, instead.

We put on hold any exchange applications exactly because of that reason: until we have the development ready the coin is worth zero. ZERO. 0.0.
Comkort ninja listed PMP without our acceptance - check this thread, but still there was almost no interest in trading there. Good, as nobody got harmed.
Bottom line, you didn't buy the coins, you didn't lose anything. I was hoping Nullu will respond to one of the pms I sent him in the last two months, but for now he seems to have other issues on his agenda so PMP must wait. Unless you want to take over as the main dev?

Not at all,I am just a common miner.
Everything I wanted to say is,that it has no sense to start anything new if there were two failed coins before. We really need a good new main dev.
Remember SYNC? Good coin at the beggining. Its price went to 2BTC after several months. Then the team stopped working and comunity has fallen apart.
There are many coins around here, and my point is,keep the trademark and give the coin some life.
Do you know KRYPTONITE? It seems dead by now,but it happened before too,and inbetween, thanks to the dev it had a quite nice life on several exchanges.....

PMP is not dead, and I have not abandoned it. The premine is perfectly safe and safely locked up in cold storage. As I said before, If I were ever to quit, I'd tell you. I wouldn't just vanish, although I appreciate the wall of silence has concerned many of you, and for that I apologise.

Unfortunately my personal life has been extremely busy, and I have a very demanding job. As my livelihood depends on my job, it has to take priority above all else. I should have said as much, but I've been under an immense amount of pressure, and mentally, I just haven't been able to take on board anything else for the past month. It's been pretty hectic.

However, do not think I'm coming back empty handed. The skills I am developing, and have developed, are exceptionally important to the project plan of PreminePlus. As long as there are still enough people interested in this cryptocurrency, I will do my best.

The end goal is a cryptocurrency that is entirely self-sufficient, and when that happens, it will more or less maintain itself. But that does mean the platform for PMP needs to be developed, and that plan hasn't changed.

When will the the 6th giveaway be?

From what I can read here, the dev team probably just wants to hold the coins (80k) for an unknown long period of time. And even after that, they will still have 300k coins undistributed. So it will take years (at least) to complete the distribution with the current pace.

That's not the case. That's when the last phase of this distribution ends. Which is to give early adopters a chance to be the first to hold PMP. This is phase one. Phase two will introduce an entirely new distribution model. One which won't be controlled by the dev team, and will be more automated. But more importantly, will introduce a model which will allow PMP to gain value, and this is how a currency that is given away can hold wealth.

We can hold the final giveaway (80k) of phase one soon. Anyone who is part of phase one is still an early adopter, so nobody is losing out, regardless of when the giveaway takes place. You're still staking your coins, after all.

Thanks for your service to the community Nullu, very much appreciated!

The future  prospects for PMP are excellent! Launch was clean and well managed, and this coin has survived for a very long time. It's clear we're just about to enter an alt coin bull run, and when that happens a number of alts will start mooning, and i believe PMP will be there too, we're talking 1-10 million USD marketcap, i can almost guarantee this guys. We just need to have a viable chain and PMP will be in the wave of go-to alt coins people retreat to when things start getting freaky in Greece Europe China USA etc etc

It will happen soon, we just need to keep the chain going, which is not that hard

Glad to hear some positive things going on here. I've bought some PMP and staking some really nice amount. Thanks and keep up the good work Nullu!

I have a message on wallet. Instead of stalking message it says: "WARNING. Checkpoint is too old. Wait for blockchain to download, or notify developers". Anyone knows how to fix it? I already deleted blockchain and reinstalled wallet but that didn't work. Blockchain is up to date. Any other advice?

Shouldn't be anything of big concern, I have it in my wallet too, despite of having all blocks downloaded.

It's a common issue with a lot of wallets, but has no impact on your wallet (except that it obscures the blockchain download progress bar), but we'll look at fixing it at some point. Might just be a simple case of removing the error message from the source.

When will start the next round of distribution?

Soon, I believe, but it will be the last round of this phase of the distribution.
