The distribution period will last 5 months or so...

You can get some PMP right now with this quiz deal:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=686802

The first round of the real giveaway at the end of July..

You can also buy and swap PMC from Poloniex for PMP...

That is somewhat true but still many people don't bother reading and want others to answer the question.

True, I've got someone working on a Russian Translation.
I've put up a notice for Chinese/French/German/Italian Translation Bounties as well.

Wow!
Now I have to get myself up to date.
Still holding my PMC bag and was hoping for a rise from the ashes. Seems like the time has come.  Cool

Multipool is a desired thing and in the planning stages...
We need to get on an exchange for that to work, though...

Again my choices ( wishes )

Poloniex

Bittrex

Atomic-Trade

But hopefully we will get on something... sooner or later.

I actually already set up a multipool (guess I will be claiming a bounty for that later on  Wink ).

http://108.61.159.79:8080/ is the address for now.
But again as I mentioned it is not active as there is no exchange support at the moment so there would be no method of paying miners.

c-cex would probably put us on... But it is a low volume exchange. Well.. they have fiat/crypto pairs though and they are growing...

But they dropped PMC due to lack of volume...

We need a mid volume exchange, without 'pay for listing', and who will promise to keep up around until we finish all the swap/giveaway extra stuff...

Bittrex has volume, and my favorite...  NO TROLL BOX...

Atomic-Trade is a kick ass platform..

Poloniex has PMC...

Once we are on an exchange we should literally just do OTHER THINGS and not worry so much about Mintpal/Cryptsy/Bter etc...

They will come...

It does.
Look down to the left, there's a "Chat" button.

Or you mean that is not activated by default?

We have an offer to be added to a large upcoming multipool system that will allow payouts in PMP.
The downside is we will be paying fees to a multipool not controlled by the team. The benefit is we won't have to worry about irregular payouts due to low hashrates.

I'm working on all these damn translation threads now.
We've got German/French/Russian so far.

Totally agree. If we manage to get on one good exchange, we don't have to spend time and effort on Mintpal and Cryptsy.
Bittrex is desirable here. I think it's the fastest growing exchange atm and has volume on par with Mintpal (if not better).

I'm not familiar with Atomic-Trade. Any idea what kind of total volume/24hr they have?

Bittrex address:

media@bittrex.com

I sent:

Dear Bittrex:

Please consider listing PMP on the Bittrex cryptocurrency exchange.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=673760

We have a strong and quickly building community developed from the ashes of PMC
( PremineCoin ).

We need a solid exchange for trading and buying for our multipools.

You are the best up and coming exchange and our first choice..

Thank you...

kbroadfoot
