wallet got stuck on block 1161 about 12 hours ago...
hahaha yea, I'm mining the empty blocks on a spare computer at work. Unfortunately that computer shut down. I set 1 core on it at home just in case that happens again. Network is running smoothly again. Empty blocks need to be mined until the giveaway when we can propogate the network via PoS. i've thought pos was already working with the quiz giveaway, silly me... |

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Empty blocks need to be mined until the giveaway when we can propogate the network via PoS. i've thought pos was already working with the quiz giveaway, silly me... it is, but someone is mining all the PoW blocks  which means it will be very hard for you to get any PoS blocks in until they run out. If they stop for a minute I'm sure your PoS block will get through, but it will be very hard to get them through until they stop or the blocks run out. |

This is a good question for any coin. What is the actual use of any coin? Unlike most "throw-away" coins that are created without any thought or plan for sustaining themselves; we are aiming to be a long-term coin with continual growth. And we have a plan to do this. I'm sick to death of these coins that are released with a simple one page launch ANN, stating nothing but the coin specs and "heres some pools you can mine the coin on". They are ruining the industry by diverting hashing power/money/development away from serious and professional projects.  None of those coins will be around in 6 months to a year, because there is no incentive and no benefit to continually developing them. Once the developers realize any profits that can be made, that will be it. They will stop developing the coin, the price will stagnate and people will abandon the coin for better investments. The price will drop or market liquidity will dry up and a lot of people will be left holding the bag. This is what happens when developer don't properly plan for the future. If you take the time, its easy to see the flaws in the majority of coin releases out there. It's very simple to ask yourself, "why doesn't this model work?" and then ask "how can this model work?". Many of the issues plaguing these coins have very simple solutions. With this coin we should be able to fix those problems and create something lasting |

Finished some more work on the wallet. lock/unlock toggle menu items working  sorry, stupid 2mb limit on gifs  Accidentally staked again while I was recording the videos  Will have a stable release soon with all the graphic updates from the beta versions. |
