cmq niente di che, ho visto che anche altri hanno fatto lo stesso oggi, per esempio novaexchange, ma ha già ripristinato

il wallet bitcoin su bittrex sembra sia stato ripristinato, solamente hanno aggiunto un warning (come fanno con i wallet in manutenzione)
Confirmations temporarily increased to 6 due to BIP-91

quindi non ci sono problemi, si tratta solo di aspettare un pò in più

quindi il problema è serissimo per noi italiani, perchè se bloccano un account con dentro bitcoin, non abbiamo la minima possibilità di difenderci.
@trifiz  ma il conto che ti hanno bloccato, era verificato con i documenti ?

Era un account verificato kyc e avevo limiti di withdraw giornalieri di 50,000 usd

Piccolo aggiornamento:
circa 15 giorni fa il loro supporto mi ha chiuso il ticket e mi ha dato l'email dell'avvocato per parlarne con lui.
L'ho contattato e dopo 2 giorni  mi ha risposto che avrebbe studiato il mio caso.
Ad oggi, a circa 2 settimane di distanza nonostante ulteriori solleciti da parte mia è scomparso

Ma non hai provato a pubblicare la tua vicenda nella sezione inglese del forum ?  non ti costa nulla e se non usi toni offensivi ma ti limiti ad esporre i fatti non rischi niente.

Aggiungo: cerca su internet notizie dell'avvocato per capire se sia un "rubagalline" o un personaggio serio. Questo potrebbe darti un indizio su come abbiano intenzione di gestire la faccenda: se fosse un personaggio serio potrebbero essere davvero convinti che si sia trattato di scam.

Veramente assurdo, se il conto era verificato e avevi quindi limiti alti, unica cosa che viene in mente è appunto bitcoin da wallet "strani", ma hai detto no e comunque l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che ci sia stata una segnalazione da qualcuno

Beh tutto sommato a me sembra una cosa positiva: avrebbero potuto far finta di nulla ancora per qualche tempo e invece ti hanno contattato per una video. Buon segnale.

Raccomandazione credo inutile: registra tutta la video, non si sa mai..... e nel caso ti chiedano qualche dato aggiuntivo/particolare pensaci prima di fornirlo: dovrebbero aver già tutto ciò che era necessario per consentirti di operare, perciò non vedo motivo per chiedere dati ulteriori.

dopo tanto tempo oggi trasferisco una piccola somma di btc su bittrex per riprendere un po' la mano dopo 4 anni, non sono molto pratico, per i depositi tutto ok, quando vado a tradare e a voler scambiare le mie valute, in fase finale mi dice Account disabled e non mi fa compiere i cambi?

Sapete come posso fare per risolvere? ho gia inserito i dati tipo nome e indirizzo nelle impostazioni account, ma non mi riesco a spiegare il perche di questo account _disabled in fase di cambio

Parli di 4 anni: non è che i documenti che avevi mandato per la verifica sono nel frattempo scaduti ?
Ti faccio l'esempio di TRT dove la prova di residenza scade e va quindi rinnovata ogni anno....

Il mio ammontare e' inveriore di gran lunga a un bitcoin, quindi non capisco, comunque adesso ho acceso anche l'autenticazione a due fattori e aperto un ticket c+++o!

Questa è la risposta che diedero a me la prima volta, dopo aver riuploadato i documenti mi dissero che il mio account era bloccato per uno scam report.

Si, con lo stesso indirizzo sto usando l'account bittrex di un mio amico e 0 problemi, quindi non vedo cosa poteva avere di strano. Vi tengo aggiornati

quindi per gli account creati nel 2007, senza verificat non è possibile prelevare? e per verifica vuole minimo un selfie?
non capisco il senso, soprattutto visto che non tratta fiat, perchè devo mandare i documenti se uso solo cryptovalute
