I have written to Poloniex, Bittrex and Bter!  I volunteer myself to proofread any correspondence. I have my MSITM, various IT certs, and several years writing experience in different projects. Wrote for my school newspaper and interviewed the state governor and city mayor. I've written various types of papers from technical procedural documents to research papers to brochures.
