Nobody can guarantee it until it is locked, but so far support is over 90% and progress to locking in is about 60% already.

I'm wondering the same, vertcoin and litecoin had some incredible bullish behavior after lock in. I think the huge value of bitcoin is part of the constant price.

I have some problem with NAV.

Few days ago I send some coins to my windows wallet but they did not arrive.
On the block explorer balance is correct but wallet is wrong.

What I should do or where I need to write?

The bitcoin price is putting a damper on a lot of prices as people are cashing out for BTC. This is great for NAV buyers as it is suppressing the price before segwit, so now we can buy in cheap. When segwit is out, should be good gains with the combination of both a stronger NAV price and huge BTC price. NAV is only valued around $15mil, which I think is crazy low compared to some other coins. With a low current market cap, exciting new developments, and lower prices because of the BTC rally, I think NAV will be a gold mine this year for those who get in early. The higher btc price, while causing temporary spike of withdrawals on the marketplaces, will level out and the higher price will raise confidence in crytos in general. Seems like a perfect storm is brewing in NAVcoin's favor. I wouldn't be surprised to see it's market cap and price get a massive adjustment upwards. Wishful thinking? Maybe. But I'm putting my btc where my mouth is and am gonna keep buying nav and staking for the long haul. To the moon (:

On what wallet version are you?
If your are not on the 4.0.2 or 4.0.3 wallet, update.
If you come from a 3.x wallet, follow this video: https://navtechservers.com/tutorials/full-node/
If you come from a 4.x wallet, backup your wallet.dat. Download the newest wallet from NAVCoin.org, and run the installer.

Here some info that has been asked a lot for lately:

Proof of Stake

NAV Coin is a PoS (Proof of Stake) cryptocurrency. With PoS your coins can stake, this will give you a 5% annual (one year) profit over the amount of coins you stake. Staking is done by running a Full Node Wallet or a Raspberry Pi 3 Stakebox. Your coins are used as collateral for finding and confirming a block. When you find a block you will get a stake reward.

Depending of the amount of NAV Coin that you stake, you earn rewards. With few coins it can take up to a few days to get a reward. The more coins you have the more often you stake.

The first time you put coins to your Stakebox or Full Node it will take 2 hours for the coins to mature. After two hours you can start getting stake rewards.

To stake, unlock your wallet. Make sure to unlock your wallet for staking only. If you need to send coins unlock your wallet for sending and after that close your wallet again.

Your wallet has to be open for staking, so on and unlocked. This means you will have to have your computer running or the Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi is very energy efficient.

It is probably smartest for you to calculate your stake reward and cost of electricity. If you only have 100 NAV Coin it might not be profitable to stake at this moment with the current price.


SegWit
You may have heard about SegWit. Currently NAV Coin is voting to enable SegWit. Over a one week period, 75% of the blocks have to signal a yes vote. Voting can be done by staking. The progress of the vote can be followed here. Note: once 100% is reached, it means 75% has been voted yes. The percentage shows the % of 15120 blocks (75% of total blocks in a period of 20160 blocks) that has been reached.

SegWit brings a lot of good things to cryptocurrency. For NAV Coin it is extra interesting because it will make it easier for Anon DAPP development. More information about SegWit can be found here
