seems like big whales starts to pump and dump coin....

i'm not happy at all... this means that nav no matter what dev's will release will go to bottom..becouse they will playing with big btc's and big money...

 

question, how do you guys will know that anon will work and has no attack vector if the codebase is not open source?


a friendly advise: you should try to get a review from a known crypto dev ( bitcoin & darkcoin devs would probaly be the best).

I've been thinking...

Darkcoin created its brand on the promise of anon technology which was not open source (lets not discuss now how well it actually works, its not the issue).

Since navajo is open source, if the tech works as advertised, won't it just get adopted by those other heavyweight coins people know about?

So in the end, after a few months, it will be a core feature everywhere. It might not be enough time for navajo to become as well known as the big guys.

Well mate , as in the beginning we said it wouldn't be open-sourced as it would take all our competitive advantage and also the competitive advantage of our beloved community and the ofcourse the community that had faith in us all this time and the investors of the same community and we wouldn't not just hand it over on a silver plate right , I mean what would happen to everyone who had faith in us all this time , it would be betrayal and unfair , during the most hardest time a cryptocurrency would go through , you guys stayed with us sticked together , despite grave adversities , tremendous odds and number and on the verge of victory and finish line , how would you think we'd give the cup away to someone else but you? Never mate. We give the advantage to the NAVAJO community , who trusted us despite all , trust beyond bounds and mountains and will keep it , protect it with our lives and cherish it. That trust is what made us come all this way and we will never turn it away.

We have given the respect to the community related to the source being closed mate and the Proof Anonymity will be very well inspected by the community once it's released.

Do not jump into conclusions so soon.

Hello Criptix I have already answered this question I believe you had missed it. We are in contact with a few news providers to help spread the word about ANON with them.

And hrbt Navajo has been a strong coin throughout mate , all this time it has been on the 1k - 3k range for more than 2 weeks so I believe , the future is brighter and full of light and hope.

I read on the CANN thread about there being Opal wallets containing a remote access trojan that has not been detected by AV & Malware software. It sounds like at least on person on the CANN thread lost coins.

I can't vouch for the validity of the claim but definitely something to investigate if you have an Opal wallet.

Hi everyone. With this forum finally back online, I can give you a status update on our internal testing / refinement phase.

Stage 1 - Completed

Navajo Anon Beta master nodes are stable and staking/confirming blocks.
Navajo Subchain nodes are stable and staking/confirming blocks.
The anonymous transaction script is consistently working.

Currently, coin's sent to the entry node have their transaction information passed through the subchain and out the exit node as per the white paper.

This is working in real time and has been operating flawlessly.

Stage 2 - Completed

Multiple entry and exit nodes have been set up.
Architecture for a multinode system has been established and peer reviewed.
Architecture for obfuscation of transaction amount has been established and peer reviewed.

Stage 3 - In Progress

The multinode system is currently being implemented.
Obfuscation of the transaction amount is currently being implemented.

Stage 4 - Pending

Add an encryption layer on top of all node & wallet communications.

Stage 5 - Pending

Release to the public for mass testing of load / performance on the anon network.

I am happy with how the multinode approach and the obfuscation methods are shaping up. I should have these finished off in the next couple of days.

We are well on track to having the beta network launched at the end of this month as planned.

Yes new BTC is on the way my friend and brother.

I wish I get my dream NAV/BTC this week and I also wish everyone that has contributed to the NavajoCoin project in anyway gets to buy NavajoCoin at a fair & cheapest price before it goes main stream. We deserve it!.

We have triumphed over all odds and we are at Page1 Number 1 regardless of circumstance. The NavajoCoin community has experienced the other end of 100 sats and 0.04 Volume in a 24hr period for weeks and weeks . So we deserve everything that is happening to US via hard work and Struggle . The Road has been long and hard. My father said always remember your past as then you will always appreciate everything that comes your way.

No fudders was here when we where at 300 sats . Still we where cheer leading and shouting our cause for the project and making people believe in the NavajoCoin Development Team lead by ~soopy~ and telling them to buy as we believed in the protocol being created was worth every ounce of our energy.

What does this all say.
Why have so many people NOT left and sold there coins but bought more and contributed some how with what little they have. Because we don't give a dam about the trade price!
We care about the underlying project goal inspired by the American Navajo Code Talkers who where able to communicate in war time under bullet fire and bombs on the front line delivering an encrypted message to its destination 100% successfully without detection from the enemy. Its the ONLY encryption method that was never deciphered by the Japanese in 1942. Who I admire and highly respect.

This project is inspirational. A young generation enjoying the freedoms of Democracy that our forefathers have laid for us via sacrifice will now try to replicate this encryption method for a new age. The project is about to be born this week. We are all aware of its technicalities and all that goes with it. Its not easy and we never expected it to be easy.

We are now entitled to celebrate in every way we want, any way we want, when ever we want that occurs in our NavajoCoin community and we will not hold back.

The rewards will come when people realize the project is a true reality. The rewards will come!
