I don't think that you can use android's wallet because to stake (you verify new blocks) you need to download the entire blockchain, you can't do it on your smartphone. Maybe in the future we'll see core wallets on smartphones but not right now

What's wrong with the chain? The block explorer reports about 5 blocks simultaneously every 30 sec.

It's finally time to load those bags with NAV, it was cheap as hell at 12000 sat but it's just a no brainer. I don't know about the block explorer, maybe you should reach them on their official telegram channel
