If it comes to an operation where we are trying to build a coalition of nations to work together and go in and operate as we did in Libya or Bosnia or for that matter Afghanistan we want to do it with permissions either by NATO or by the international community.

War = sending troops to a foreign nation to engage an enemy.
Defending a nation = Domestic Security that does not reach beyond the borders of the U.S.
The President, his cabinet, and the Military Command are defying the Constitution by changing these definitions to suit their purpose.
