I'm in with the very first bunch for once lol so maybe have a final end to this BA nightmare I know, the "Next Week" groundhog day coming to an end hopefully. When we receive boards we should post here along with TechnoBit order# to give the rest of us something to watch. I think you're a little before me @sorehammer, I'll post mine also, we all should. I also suggest those doing this use Liquid Pro. http://www.coollaboratory.com/en/products/liquid-pro/ This stuff is amazing, and no other product has shown results as high at transferring heat. I ordered 50 tubes, but guys, PLEASE pay attention, this shit is sensitive. Its transference is unheard of, but you must take your time. 1 simple drop goes a mile. Check this thread to see results for another product that failed and the community is taking it into their own hands. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=641998.20 After using it several times, I truly believe a much more cost effective fan could be used. With that said, I still took the recommended cooler, and will use liquid pro, lets see some oc baby.

However as it has been said, it is gallium based and gallium destroys aluminium : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHHI2Lk79cYAlso it is expensive and the improvement in cooling depends a lot on the watts/cm^2 of the die, I don't know if it is really worth it for the minion so I will be using artic silver. BTW my watercooling tests are going fine, a relativelly complex block that could be used as a phase change evaporator gave me 28ºC with 100W (a p4 northwood) with 22ºC of ambient temps. However I can't really mass make those on time or budget so I tried a really simple high flow design and I got 38ºC load temps wich even if it is not stellar performance it is good enough so I am making 100 of them (for me and a friend). I also got a monster 155W 10000L/h pump.

It's all hypothetical until we receive our boards Agreed. But it's an interesting discussion while we wait in the mean time I've been refreshing my order status page on T/B hourly, waiting for the magical change from payment accepted to 'shipped'. Speaking of which, Marto, you've got your full retail boards listed as starting shipping this weekend, any word on how progress is going with our boards? Cheers.

Paid for shipping on 2014-07-15, admittedly before there was any agreed procedure in place, so I placed my boards order separately on 2014-07-18, chip exchange for services. All payment accepted and confirmed.

In answer to your question y_boonstra, I placed an order for a TPlink (I used to use Windows HexMiner with his older models but it was horrendous, no offense marto ) so I orderd the TPL with full carriage and included a note about batching it up with my chip exchange order. When the new procedure (placing the boards order with details in comments and selecting bank transfer as the payment method) was mentioned, I placed my boards order separately with another note to batch with my paid TPL & Shipping order. This has been confirmed as okay, and both status' read 'payment accepted' so hopefully all is good. Welcome back Marto, hopefully you had a good break.

Martin, does this mean that for those who ordered in batch 1 and have completed their payments, shipping their units will happen this week?

I ordered through technobit's webshop, set up an account there, made the order for 25 boards assembly, applied the tracking code and discount voucher, set the region/address and which shipping company option and got to a total which I then paid with BTC.
