Who did you get your order from? If you ordered from minersource and they never shipped out your unit you can have them switch it to chips but if it was Black Arrow you have to message them. (I am far past this point)

It was through Just BA, I saw bobsag saying a few weeks ago that he would add all peoples direct purchases with ba to this group buy request. I asked him to add me. He asked BA to change my order to chips, they asked me if it was okay to do that and send to Bulgaria. I agreed.

Now they are in Bulgaria and I have no confirmation that they are even going to be assembled with everyone elses.

Thats why i quoted this before:

Final list was just sent to them, you shouldn't have gotten it before ~3 hours ago.

Because this list confirms that MS knows about my order and had that on their list to send to BA for x-3 to chip trade.

I dont know why I would need any other confirmation from ba when MS handled everything to this point like they said they were going to. Ive tried to pm bobsag3 and thomas_s but nothing so far.

If you want to convert your order to chips, all you need to do is send me the requested information on the OP of the group buy thread, and I take it from there.

I am already starting a 2nd batch. 1 controller can power up to 7 boards.

Bobsag, is it correct that I will be getting 13 boards with my x-3 conversion? 12 boards with 4 chips and 1 board with 2 chips to make 50 chip total right?  So I will need 2 controllers?

Yes, the GB. I know you do your best, but a date or schedule would be nice, you know where we come from (BA) and what we went through with those next week next week next week next week schedules. This is starting to feel the same if you mention a date, miss it, and don't give updates about why and what's next.

We have some production back drafts, but I do not want to create a new "LCD delivery" issue.
In any case it is in our hands.
The tricky part is that each board final test have to be with cooling , otherwise the chips will be burned ,and then it have to be dissembled before shipping.
This just eats a lot of time time.
The boards are produced and tested for the last couple of days and each of you will be contacted for shipping , according to your shipping instructions.
I understand that after months of waiting any day of delay is frustrating , but in the end I think that week to 10 days delay will be top for this GB assembly.

I wish BA was competent enough to hire someone like you to build their units. One man operation doing hundreds of builds in a matter of weeks while our million dollar Chinese operation can't figure out if they are coming or going
