We have it as an option in the FW, but not enabled for now
We are busy with production flow now.
May be we'll be able to include it on time, but no promises there

Will you be enabling this temperature option anytime soon?

Hi,
WE tested especially for you :
setting 1016/805 - 405 Ghs - 438 W @ the wall

Those settings are not stable with my board.. and im getting 50+ watt more than you !?
undervolting aint working im not getting below 1W/GH ?? how come

Is there any way to optimise the power usage? its worthless now..

edit:

@ 1016Mhz and 815mV it running +- 400GH/s and using 482W

Hi,
Most probably one or two of the chips on your board ask for more voltage to work stable.
If so in a mode with less voltage per Mhz you get 2/3 or 1/2 of the expected hash rate roughly.
This is coming with chips.
What we can test about the chips is if they have all engines working, and then the board if it is giving at least 400 GHs at 1024/820
If it passes this then we ship it.
One more thing , sometimes it can be cooling try adding additional or faster fan on the bottom and remove and place again coolers (clean termo greese  from both chip and cooler and reaply it)

Well I personally don't think the fault lies with technobit's boards but with the crappy chips supplied by BA.

that 15 should be 255 chap

Some info regarding enable & disable chips:

The setting use binary numbering.
1 represent enable
0 represent disable

Example:

Chips numbering   ==> 7654 3210       Decimal
all chips enable    ==> 0000 1111         15   or
                               1111 1111        255

all chips disable   ==> 0000 0000          0      Roll Eyes

chip 3 disable      ==> 0000 0111         7

chip 2 disable      ==> 0000 1011         11

chip 1 disable      ==> 0000 1101         13

chip 0 disable      ==> 0000 1110         14

chip 0 & 1 disable ==> 0000 1100         12

Since there is only 4 chips available so 15 also work  Smiley

I have no idea what it means though Sad

I am done. Your company has failed.  You have delayed to the point of no return. Therefore, I ask you to simply ask you to refund my initial deposit, and treat me as a chip conversion, otherwise, I will request a full refund. You have as of yet to ship a suitable product. Please refund my initial purchase and feel free to keep 300 USD for shipping the crap you sent. I have 5 boards that are unacceptable. Please ship me the remainder of the boards, and I will gladly ship you the shit back.

 Please do not make me refute this charge, as you would clearly lose.

Hi,
We did offered you refund month ago. And you refused .
Now all the boards are produced and slowly going out.
By our ToS assembly service is not refundable and you agreed to it.
And at this point We are not able to provide one.
On 26-th of Sep we shipped 12 boards
On 29-th - 10
this Monday - 20
What is the problem with these 5 - not working , broken , under performing ?
We might be able to assist .
If they are broken or non-functional we'll exchange them for you of course.
Again We understand that our delay is frustrating and you are mad on us.
and we sorry for the whole situation

Best Regards: Vesi

 Your ToS? Really?

 Wake the hell up. My CC is a real TOS.

 You provide a service, I pay you for it, you fail to deliver, and ship faulty equipment.

 Guess who wins.

Whatever.. here ya go......

I have no problems my friend. Your boards do. I will ship back bad boards as you sent an unacceptable product.

I have been more than forgiving to this point. I simply cannot continue on.

You company has failed to deliver. I am sorry. You promised a product 12 weeks ago, and even being that late you shipped faulty equipment. That is HORRIBLE!

People depend on you and if you could not deliver, you should be straight up and honest. Please refund my money, or I will refute the charge... You will lose. You failed to deliver.

    Hi,
    You have 5 sendings ( boxes) on the way to you since monday.
    What means 5 boards unnaceptable ? Broken not working at all?
    If you have troubles setting them attach them and give me TW access and I'll help
    If there is something broken I'll send you additional ones.
    I did offered you refund before the all the boards were produced.
    Now they are.
    Do have in mind By our ToS assembly service is not refundable.
    Until now I spent for shipping to you more than 700 EUR.
    I understand that our production troubles are our problem and you are furstrated.

 Your refusal to help made me launch a dispute for over 12k usd. I am sorry you chose this route. I have been a valued Minersource buyer until this point. I am sorry you chose this recourse.

@technobitVesi who are you shipping these small orders too. us people who have ordered large amounts and used are chips for conversion have received nothing as of yet.

When are you gonna ship our orders out, seems your fulfilling the small orders with our chips.
im fed up now on waiting. like everyone else on this forum.
you have abused our good nature and left people with high orders stranded.

i want to know realistically when am i gonna get my 25 boards. and what compensation plan you gonna introduce for the lateness in sending out shipment.

im gonna be researching taking legal action against your firm. To stop you making and selling anymore crypto devices to the crypto community.  Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

im fed up now on waiting. like everyone else on this forum.
you have abused our good nature and left people with high orders stranded.

i want to know realistically when am i gonna get my 25 boards. and what compensation plan you gonna introduce for the lateness in sending out shipment.

im gonna be researching taking legal action against your firm. To stop you making and selling anymore crypto devices to the crypto community.  Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry
You aren't going to get anything done, all these legal threats are just huffs and puffs, firstly cross nation legal action is tuff second of all Technobit does make a good product, ill agree they probably bit off more than they could chew but anyone who wasn't wearing rose tinted glasses could tell that, when i first heard it i took a 6 week delay into account on the first post (that was before a second batch).

In short terms you look and sound like a child having a temper tantrum, stop it and if you're going to threaten have some fangs and quote cross nation laws (your nations laws won't apply to them)

Hi,
again it is a bad situation for both GB participants and us.
We are shipping every day what is ready.
DO not forget that we took all the expenses you did not paid us nothing. you can get your chips shipped to your location immediately if you decide to back off.
Even the transport of the chips and logistics were paid not by you but Minersource.
I understand everybody frustration, believe me We are the biggest looser here .
Our own boards should be assembled and sold by now and they are not ready too.
We thank you all for the understanding and patience until now.
Please have some more

Best Regards: Vesi
