Yes, those who have the source (dev, pools all have the possibility). I trust ocminer but not sure about dev

Pools, c-cex and we have the source. Do you really think we would solomine this coin with a 100% chance of being "caught"? Please.

Nobody knows, and i trust almost nobody.
The fact is there is a hidden pool and have been caught.

Pools, c-cex and we have the source. Do you really think we would solomine this coin with a 100% chance of being "caught"? Please.
Then what is your logical explanation, where are the blocks?

Just send a message to OC because i really don't know. If needed we will fork the coin and make the "non official" blocks worthless.

We should wait for a block explorer and see where those blocks went / if they are actually matured / sent somewhere etc.

And of course monitor further on, there should be no "unknown pools"

yes, all miners should take the responsibility to take a look at it. now block 240, 247, 248, 254 are missing in the 3 pools (from 235-255).

edit, orphan blocks should not matter i guess, because even it is orphan, another pool should find it (same block shows in 2 pools while one show orphan)

I trust u, ocminer, but you never know some people, when it come to money, all the dark side of human nature comes into play

Not for long. Max removes suspicious miners but that doesn't mean they won't try it again. I think its still much better than min's 200mh/s+ miners .

im pretty sure that basically all the random usernames ur seeing are botnet users as this is how botnets generate unique id's. if it is a 1000 block reward then someone already maybe has more than 20,000 coins that cost them nothing. they arent using proxies or anything.. those will be actual hacked unique machines from all over the world. fair distribution once confirmed by block explorer analysis would have effectively been defeated.

my one suggestion that may have helped, is that the pools should have all had a captcha requirement for signup and each login. this would prevent automated bot signup/login scripts. so if ur going to kick those bots off, u should implement the captcha so they will have to work and do each machine manually.

I was watching the Blocks pretty closely now and could not find any "lost blocks" within the last 50 blocks anymore..

Please ban + destroy ill gained coins.

We are talking about a few blocks, it is not a real treat. We will investigate this further when the blockexplorer is ready.

I was watching the Blocks pretty closely now and could not find any "lost blocks" within the last 50 blocks anymore..
Well might be that since it was publicly steted here the one that was mining the blocks stoped

that would be ok for me as long as it does not happen again until PoW is over.. but i think it might be some kind of issue.. we will see in the block explorer to which address the blocks went..
