4 people had the source and you couldn't trust each other and destroyed another coin, funny thing is the guy stealing pennies couldn't wait till those juicy 10k blocks , now nobody will be able to sell this crap , i sure wouldn't buy it or recommend it to anyone, moving my mini miners to a different coin

There is exactly two parties who are capable of dumping this volume:

1) rvccoin - Held the premine. Tried to convince IPO'ers to PM escrow that they had received their IPO.
2) C-cex - If and only if the premine was stored on c-cex.

And seeing as there was no good reason to store the premine on c-cex, I think we can guess who did it.

Does anyone know who was listed at the bottom of the thread OP as the other devs?

i keep forgetting that, did the ipo people go with escrow? did anyone receive coins?

An organized scam is something which can't be detected easily. It is too easy to catch hidden pool when block are missing and difficulties went sky high. It is an unorganized scam at best.

organizing 5GH on x15 isn't a small task, maybe they just fucking stupid to thing they could get away with it.  apart from loosing 1 day mining myself, nice to think the idiot who rented 2000 GPU is going to loose that BTC.

Wouldn't go as far as calling it organized when you can rent 0.9 ghs x15 farms. Although at this point probably more sources went rogue seeing that they'll get away with it anyway.
Also, whoever went rogue first is pretty stupid. He should have waited until the bigger blocks by which time a) we probably wouldn't watched the blocks as closely and b) there probably would have been much more BTC volume to dump it on.

the limitation only works for us .....
Funny thing about limits, they usually don't work and I think you'll end up limiting yourself more than the people you wanted to limit in the first place.

This coin was so fragile, so many things could have gone wrong that I'm actually surprised it got this far.

What else could have gone wrong?

- possibility of anon dev is scammer;
- pools going rogue;
- lack of interest due to lack of trust because of no wallet (no exchange);
- ipo dump;
- hashrate limitation x 10.

Not your keys, not your coins!

dev needs to SHUT DOWN CCEX.  its likely the scam coins are there now being traded for BTC.  what happens then if they hardfork out, the buyers loose their RVC.

the secret pool is still 5gh and public mining is down to 4.5GH, and C-Cex is still running.

so basically, the hidden pool is just continuing without giving a fuck, because they can dump on c-cex, and the dev is nowhere to be seen. wonder why.  so sick of this crypto scam sh*t.

Is there a point? Stolen source and mined blocks? Another disappearing developer, abandoning the project when the community recognizes what is happening and how they are getting screwed...

Oh! lol! You were joking!!! LOL!
