better reputation means more money... or leads to more money... (and taking risk over a new coins wouldn't be worth it...)
I mean the reputation of a pool is based on its name, if you run away and change your name, it would takes lots of time to
get back where this pool is (so technically there is more to lose than to win)

What I meant is that someone could be tempted to steal coins which are valuable, but ppl isn't even on an exchange yet.

Whoops guys, there was truly a bug in the new stratum which marked part of the blocks as Orphan for the pool even though they were no orphans !

Unfortunately the shares for these blocks are gone so I cannot recredit them, but I'll give 100 % bonus on the payouts for the next 50 blocks, that means you'll get paid double, the bug is now fixed !

that's what I was thinking at first, but only half of the block get registered to the pool so these one haven't been redeemed at all nor validated yet

So I was right in thinking something was wrong?.

yup, i've fixed the issue now and i'm paying out double rewards until the positive balance is back to zero

EDIT: I'm about 8000 coins in positive balance, so about 80 blocks were false orphans, this should be straigthened out pretty fast at the current rate, i'll let you know when the balance is back to zero

Awesome to here its fixed !!

The coin is reporting some blocks as REJECTED, even though they appear in the wallet:

stratum-people.log: INFO interfaces # Block 62cc11cb63db3fe07b1aa...ca3189badae3a1d86953b09372eb REJECTED
stratum-people.log: INFO interfaces # Block 939860fa8eec2f1d........d35e1b1f3fd7052ed990de3ace02bbf REJECTED
stratum-people.log: INFO interfaces # Block 08cb3ec43048edd3....9014686e5d57271fa8f963f8769708baa REJECTED

Don't know why, but I'm processing these blocks now too, i was dropping them before.

Please let me know if you have any other issue and you should get 100 % more payout for the next blocks from now on until the pool wallet is back to zero.
