I have made a deposit of the PPL I mined to coin-swap exchange, I can see the deposit getting through to the deposit address from the blockchain explorer, but the exchange isn't showing the coins I have deposited! I mailed their support and I don't seem to be getting any response, is coin-swap a scam exchange?

romulus_ut3 , you cant just shout scam or fraud everytime a deposits takes a bit longer than expected.. its part of the altcoins "economy"...

If the deposit is confirmed by the block chain, and if I am left to suck my thumb for five days without any response after sending repeated emails to the help and support, I suppose your definition of "deposit taking a bit longer than expected" is not applicable, is it?

I deposited PPL to Coin Swap address.It never arrived. I Cant get onto PPL Block explorer so i cant see whatsup.Never had problems depositing to Coin Swap, but second time PPL transaction disapears.Is the Block explorer still active?
