Move around a lot, if you are going somewhere and its just minutes away - or just walk or jog in the morning. You can do sports too.

I like going to the gym very much.
I go there at least five days a week.

If it is difficult, eat less and choose one of exercise.

here are all sorts of fad diets and get-fit-quick workout routines out there, but the only reliable way to keep fit is to eat more fruits and vegetables, cut down on junk food, and exercise regularly

I don't sleep for a long time in the morning. And when I wake up I’m not lying in bed. Morning exercises, shower, breakfast. I walk to the office to work. In the evening, a walk to the park, to the river. I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t smoke cigarettes. Lead a healthy lifestyle.

To be fit I exercise every morning for about 1 hour and swim 3 times per week and also I maintain a good diet and have a healthy life, this is the key of success.

I used to have motivation, i bought a bike and was riding that on 20-25 miles trips then i just got bored of it because of how long it took.

Then i started running, but i hate bad weather so i only run when it's not too hot and not too cold

Then i joined the gym, and covid happened so the gym was kinda half open half shut

exercise is a chore to me, and is never enjoyable

Hiking is always a good way to keep fit and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. I know one of my favorite things is hiking to a remote place to fly my drone around. It’s a great way to get some exercise while getting out in nature and playing with some cool technology.  Smiley
