I will pay attention to my diet. When I feel that my body is not what I want, I will eat more vegetables and try to eat less high-fat foods. At the same time, I go back to fitness and do some exercises, so that my fat is burning, and this is also a better way for my body. I think a good figure lies in self-discipline and persistence. I exercise for more than half an hour 3-4 times a week. Keeping exercise makes my weight stable without much change.
30 mins for 4 days? that is only 2 hours a week , I think that is enough to make your body fit Unless you are not eating much  Cheesy

I vent my anger/disappointment/sadness timely and never restrain my emotion, esp, these negative. fitness means more mentally than physically. I once had an uncle who committed suicide in his youth, endless remorse left to his family and himself just because he couldn't bear the bad emotion within himself Embarrassed

Eat less, eat more meals, exercise more, and don’t have a personal trainer, because you’re usually busy with work, but you will continue to exercise. Do exercise for half an hour a day, don’t eat greasy things, don’t eat supper, just stick to it.

This is a good approach to eating, if you eat more smaller meals you won't feel hungry that much and run in the risk of over eating. For me the best thing now that winter is over is to don't use the car anymore, best to just walk or take the bike.

Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes

I have to coach or instructor. But I am so fit and by the grace of Allah i have no disease yet. I just used to eat natural food, do my all house work like land cultivation, farming, breaking cooking wood everything. I think this work is keep me fit.

My opinion is that we should eat nutritious foods and most importantly keep our minds from stress. A fit body is a body that is able to control the level of depression well.

In order to keep fit I will do sport 2-3 hours everyday such as swimming(I love swimming)
Ofcourse. That's one of my favorite ways to exercise. Been long I exercise
via swimming though.
One of the ways I keep fit isnt through the typical exercise that focus more self. I think if you do enough house chores or other physical activities that solve problems around you, you could reap thesame benefits (and even better) of typical exercise.
I think it's better to exercise the body while solving problems. You kind of use your energy more efficiently in this manner... And that benefits both the body/you and others.

I run every morning, which makes me energetic. In addition, I also skip rope, which can burn my fat and keep me in good shape. Every Sunday I go back to the gym.
