If you are talking about the problems with C-CEX withdrawals, that's C-CEX problem (and I assume they already fixed it). I was never officially contacted by C-CEX and I never heard about anyone else having same problems.

Heritage: DOGE(with PoS!? wtf), peercoin, novacoin
It seems some possibly deliberate action was taken to obscure it's origin. This being a DOGE fork would be extremely odd, and watermarks identifying 99% of coins as nova and peer forks have been renamed to "ethan" (though copyrights remain intact for some reason)
Problems:
* MINOR: Does not actually implement stealth addresses, despite saying so in the ANN
* CRITICAL: Huge premine of 21,000,000. With rough calculations, assuming 10,000 blocks of 10,000 reward(actually rewards are lower at some points), this would leave the developer with about 17% of the PoW coin supply
** combined with PoS, this means extremely strong network control is given to founder

That is review is old and looks like the "reviewer" didn't even bothered to look at thread, because at that time we were working on Stealth, we never stated it has been finished. There's no "HUGE premine", there was 20,000,000 IPO and 1,000,000 used for bounties. Codebase used is Icebergcoin. There was no "deliberate action taken to obscure it's origin", I just believe it's unprofessional to have references to 20 other altcoins in code. Copyright is of course left intact, because original devs deserve to be credited.

If someone did professional code review (and not this poor attempt), they would find the code is in very good shape.

NO! Their problem is not fixed and they are not providing any working support
I am missing 160 000 Ethan since 4days and will not waste any more time with those guys.
My lawyer is currently investigating that, while I will enjoy Ethan somewhere else (HERE for example )

Ethancoin is a long term project. We cannot prevent pumps and dumps, some people will be angry when they bought at 239, some people are happy when they sold at 239 and re-bought at 120 or so. There are so many coins in the situation of Ethan, price jump like crazy and this is then being followed by a drop and then FUDers are getting on the thread.

Before investing in Ethancoin do your research. We don't give time frames on when we deliver something as it is not that easy to give time frames, sometimes you have software bugs etc.

Look at the marketcap. With strong devs like this I can see it in the 500-1000 range in the days/weeks ahead with some pumps/dumps along the way, just like other good coins on the market.
