Contact Dedicated support. But withdrawing probably won't be possible anymore, I think they closed withdrawals few weeks ago.

If this is true it's very sad and... After all, there was no notice (at least not an email one) prior this supposed to be closed witdrawal... And we are talking about Dedicated, not some secondary or unknown pool...

they made a notice, you can see it even somewhere in the thread, but its not all lost, you should contact them, they are the only ones that can help you
