Hi free trade,

As I said coinExd seem strongly to be a scam, now after 1 day I still have 0 bitcoin on my balance instead of 0.15 and still no reply from the support, on the thread some people are still waiting since 4 days...
You should remove it from the exchange for LTS/BTC in order to avoid newcomer like me to loose their bitcoin instead of buying LTS.

If there are some donators to refund me a part in LTS, my wallet is on my signature  Smiley

I am not begging for donations, I should have been more carefull but it is still painfull  Cry

Btw when the 1st coin mature will be available for those who will receive more than 7000 coins with a year? (I am not holder of them but I hope for a little dump when it will happen, will be a good time to buy)

Thanks,

Ok, thanks for the warning. CoinExd removed pending explanation of complaints against them.

Vested coins will start to mature soon - block 79488 . . . estimated date 16th September . . . and mature over 1 year, or 788,400 blocks. There are approximately 60 mil LTS to mature, so we should expect a rate of approx 76 LTS per block.

forked at block 50314

my client says that i need to upgrade, or connected clients need to upgrade.

good times.....

**edit**   i wiped everything(except the wallet.dat and peers.dat) from the .lottoshares folder, and re-built the blockchain again.  i also wiped the main lottoshares folder, re-downloaded and compiled the wallet.  may have been overkill on that part, but it's now sync'd up.

weren't coins obtained from PTS snapshot supposed to be maturing still?  mine seem mature, and i've been able to play the dice game with them.

i keep losing connection to a block source.   2 connected peers, yet can't sync up.

guess i'll quit messing with my LTS and come back in a few days/weeks.

having to continually delete the items from the .lottoshsares folder, just to keep the wallet in sync is not a very good option.  local copy of the blockchain seems to get corrupted frequently.

Looks quite good to me. 7080  LTS  (which was the free distribution to several thousand Share and Football coin holders) is worth around $200 at the current bid.

I am still well in profit on the ones I bought a few weeks ago, and of course, the free ones yet to come.

LTS is a novel distribution model, slow-burning, and there should be plenty available in the next year or so. I would look to buy some more below 2000 sats. when the freebies start getting sold..

Are the blockchain explorers' FUBAR, or am I not on the right blockchain/fork/something?  I can't seem to locate any transactions from my wallet, and nothing showing on a transfer to Bter.  :-/

Same issues for me - and they've been recurring ones.  Seems the blockchain just keeps forking.

I think we're seeing someone trying to reverse losing bets by creating longer chains, but that doesn't work because we're using checkpointing for this very reason. However, it does seem to be knocking some clients offline - we'll have a fix for this soon. In the meantime, a re-index should get you back online.

This is what I meant, the price is already pretty high and I  guess when the 1st mature coins will arrive there will be an increase in the sell order wich will lead to a drop on the price.
The donation is divided in ten times so it should not be a huge dump, so i am also waiting for someting around 2000 satoshis to buy more coins as I love this concept.

But anyway 5000 satoshis will seem ridiculous in few years I hope Smiley

However, it does seem to be knocking some clients offline - we'll have a fix for this soon. In the meantime, a re-index should get you back online.

We've been experimenting with mining LTS as part of http://myriad.p2pool.geek.nz.  If you visit http://myriad.p2pool.geek.nz/merge, you will see LTS listed.  Please note that our miners require a payout address for each and every coin that is merge mined on myriad.p2pool.geek.nz, and we provide links to download the full wallets for all merged coins.  We do this in an effort to support merged coins that we mine, by encouraging our miners to hold the coins they mine rather than auto-exchange or dump them.  Sadly, due to the continual forking, we've had to suspend mining LTS.

A couple of thoughts/suggestions occurred to me that may help with the "fix" that you're working on.

Firstly, I notice that, in comparison to other coins, freshly mined blocks of LTS mature very quickly.  Is it 2 confirmations before they're spendable?  I wonder if this could be part of the problem, and if a tweak to increase maturation time might help?

Secondly, you will notice that we're using Myriadcoin as the parent coin to mine LTS.  As you are likely aware, MYR uses 5 PoW algos, on separate networks, to secure their blockchain.  One of the features that Myriad are looking to develop and promote is the concept of multi vPoW, which would extend the same enhanced security of multi-algo PoW to merged coins.  Details can be found here: http://myriadplatform.org/multi-vpow/.

So I wonder whether expanding the LTS network by opening it up to more than one algo might offer some much needed stability?  There is currently a 51,569.60 MYR bounty for launching the first multi vPoW coin available at http://birdonwheels5.no-ip.org/myriad-bounty/index.php.  I'm sure the Myriad devs would be eager to assist you if you were interested in going down this route.
