    Block time: 90 seconds (1.5 minutes)
    Difficulty retargets each block
    Block reward decreases each block according to the formula: BaseReward = (2^64 - 1 - A)/2^18, where 'A' is amount of already generated coins
    One coin is divisible down to 10 decimal places (divisible up to 10^10)
    Total coins: 1.8446 billion CNN
