Most of those died were Dutch nationals, while the crew were Malaysian. Most of the passengers were tourists, who were going to Southern Thailand and Malaysia. Not a single survivor reported from the crash site. (Source: Lifenews).

As for constitution, Russia has several - the Federal one, and constitution for each of the subjects. Also, decide if you want strong Russia with strong constitution or not, because each time Russia becomes stronger, we start seeing the blamestorm and demonization in the Western media, as we see now. British media portrayed Russia positively only twice during the recent times: in 1917 and in 1991, both times Russia was weak, on the verge of collapse.

Technically people are still searching for the other Malaysian airlines plane as well so one or the other will be investigated eventually.
The other one is in a battlefield so there will be an update eventually on that one.

But Malaysia airlines got taken over two critical hits so can see why the company is bankrupting all that money searching for a plane in the ocean and then the Ukraine incident things have not been good for them.

There is little additional information about the incident. The "case" has largely been solved as to what happened and who is responsible. There is really nothing more to report then what has been reported by the MSM.

I'm curious on what grounds do you consider the case being "largely solved"? Have you seen the final report of the investigation team? And if it is, why nobody of the relatives is going to court to demand compensation? Ukraine, after all its evasions and elusions, was made to pay out around $15 million of compensation payments to the relatives of 78 victims of the Siberia Airlines Flight 1812 crash...

This is outright cheating of the investors. Ever since the MH370 tragedy, the shares had been trading at 40% to 50% lower than their original value.

Before the MH370 tragedy, the shares were trading at 34 Sen to 35 Sen. After the MH370 tragedy, the value nosedived to 21 Sen. Even after the MH17 tragedy, the shares were trading at 21 to 22 Sen. Now the investors who had accumulated the shares at 35 Sen will be forced to sell them for just 27 Sen (that is a 23% loss).

In the correspondence of two lieutenants of the oligarch and part time governor Kolomoisky, as well as the new defence minister of Ukraine Valery Geletey actively discussing Ukrainian fascist AF actions  and how the local media should present the circumstances of the crash. Earlier conversations inderectly referring to the doctor who refused to remove organs from wounded Ukrainian National Guard soldiers in one of the hospitals.

OK... maybe it is time to close this thread. We will never get to know for sure who shot down that plane. The US is not releasing its radar data and the Malaysians have (probably) found nothing of interest in the flight data recorder. So the MH17 is going the MH370's way, unfortunately.

Agence France Presse reported that the Dutch Safety Board which is leading the investigation into the cause of the MH17 incident was going to publish the first preliminary results early September.

So let's wait and see.

I am not surprised. Those in Kiev are not smart enough to even think this one up. Yet their Washington handlers are desperate at making any case, however absurd, that they can stick to Russia - after all, that was the main goal of downing of MH-17.

The Pro-Russian separatists want a cease-fire now that Donetsk is surrounded.

Russia said it may intervene with a humanitarian convoy. Ukraine said that it destroyed part of an armored convoy that came in from Russia into Ukraine.
