wrong. x11 and X13 not bringing temp around scrypt level. it is 30% less temp.
Nist5 is not optimised yet, so for some people works for some doesn't works like it should.
And double hashrate doesn't mean anything 'cos value of the coin will be less by double.

you are not using the right miners for sure ..
Maybe.. if there is some private not published miner.

pretty public, all of them
3x280

X13

And X11

You are missing my point, I'm not gonna start a this gpu with this miner/kernel do this temp debate ... its all bullshit.

Read this part of my post again.

... if an algo keeps the gpus cooler that mean that the miners is still not optimized and is not using your gpu full potential ...

Using longer extenders, extra fans, a AC, keep the rig in a north sided room, ventilation .. etc etc , those things keep your gpus cooler not the algo ..

sure but your argument has no relevance.
maybe i'm wrong but this coin can be mined ~14 days.
do u realy think the mining sw will be optimized until mining is over.
i don't think so ....

its all about motivation (read btc), a skilled dev can do it in no time

to be more exact:
on my workstation, a 280x sapphire, single card, 14.6 drivers:
x13mod: 3.050 MH/s at 68C
x11mod: 4.400 MH/s at 67C
nist5 (optimized by djm34): 12.900 MH/s at 69C
nist5 (not optimized): 6.500 MH/s at 60C

the exact temperature doesn't matter as they may vary depending on how your rig is build, the point is that there is almost not difference in all those "cool" algos

ok so i guess there is now skilled dev for x11 miner sw since jan 2014. hashrate is now around 4,xy but temp/elec. is almost the same.
btw. with optimized nist5 miner you should get around 13.5 mh/s with 280x @ ~70 degree

however if i understand the concept of biocoin right, the goal is to use as less electricity as possible for pow phase.
at least with the current miner sw nist5 not only generate little higher temps also needs some more electricity as x11- x15

no offense here and i have to say i really like your pool - thumbs up for xhash  Wink

Yes one ouf our tasks is to reduce enviromental impact to mine BioCoin choosing the (non-specialized) hardware which uses less electricity.

One of our project for the growth plan is to establish a solar powered Server to host a Bio MultiPool for the after PoW phase.

Solar energy is a field to research in heavily to reduce CO2 emmission, and we want to support any form of non industrial innovation.

We received back response from BILL BITTREX!

He sent us their conditions to host our IPO and we totally AGREE with those.

They will:

 -  Review the code;
 -  Hold the IPO BTC for 3 days after launch;
 -  Check the blockchain TXs for smooth and clean transactions;
 -  Destroy any remaining coins from IPO.

Be Ready!

IPO is starting soon.

nice intentions you maybe also want to consider biogas or syngas (highest possible energy recovery from waste and biomass) for mp operation.

wish you a good launch!

Thanks you mate.

Biogas is already used by some of our farmers. We aim to switch all the possible machinery functioning to a more ECO impact kind.

How can you get 4.400 MH/s on your 280x? I cant get it higher than 3.300.
What miner and kernel are you using for this?
Thanks

you are using an old mining sw.
with sgminer v5 you should reach 4.xy mh/s easy
