A coin that really has potential, and is just rolling out updates after updates. Good backing, good dev, innovations incoming according to the plan posted above.
Shadowcoin will show something crypto hasn't seen before, I am confident of that.
I do support the pow cut early.

Over 83 GH/s and rising... ASICS and multipools are raping this coin now... If this continues, one or a few parties may end up making a hugely unfair distribution. Devs should consider reducing pow or something. It would not be wise or fair to let this continue, imo.
i completely agree. Pow needs to be cut, to protect the investors. PoW cut would be awesome. Some big asic farms must be involved now and that might result quite unfair distribution. We are considering our options in light of ASICS and multipools. Will keep you guys posted. thanks for the updates. |

Do i see this correct?   Yesterday SDC had enough volume to get on 1 page on bittrex and now sdc climb top 5 coin by volume on bittrex. But the trick is, that SDC got this volume on c-cex. w000t you are very observant. Thanks for pointing this out.  |

I've been quietly sitting on side lines and been intrested in this coin
Everything so far has been done right
Good launch regular updates etc
Right now I have a major concern
80 giga hash is coming from outside the pools
It can only be Chinese ASIC farms probably a cartel of 2 or 3 major manufacturers
Thier only instinct is to sell whatever they mine for instant profit to pay off thier ROI
They have no long term view as they have overheads to pay staff etc
Within a few days they will have the majority of the coins or create a dump as they offload thier coins
In this game one fuck up no matter how small or big it's game over , you can the best innovation crypto has seen but the name is tarnished and the dev goes to make another coin
With 80% of the power within the hands of a few People hard forks and scam pump and dump is not inconceivable and with that shadowcoin is becomes a shitcoin over night
The POW needs to be cut to 10 million so it ends sooner and coins distributed fairer
Then the market can dictate its own price with a long term goal
Dev cutting the POW means you can carry on innovating without people moaning, taking up your precious time and become a legend in crypto land
Your fate is in your own hands
Remeber you can become rich quick but to become wealthy takes time and hard work
Interesting perspective. One thing is sure, decreased POW means increase is price! |

We've given it some thought and decided that we will be cutting PoW to 31000 blocks due to ASICS and multipools hitting ShadowCoin hard. This change will be made when we release the new EM wallets later today.

sdc is not a scam, look at the git hub, the releases and come hang out in the irc #shadowcoin. |

That's around 2k blocks ahead of now. Isn't that a bit of a short period? I think 35k blocks would be better so everyone has time to change to the new wallet. |

Why the price jumped like 10 times? Following pretty seldom appearance among shitcoins when the price gets closer to the real value according to the total supply.

The block height at the moment includes proof of stake
Total POW blocks will be 31000 *400 = 12.4 Million coins
theres about another 10 days of mining to go
Dev I tip my hat you sir

Wrong. PoS took away many blocks, reducing total supply greatly. Type "getinfo" into console. Currently at around 30k blocks there are 6.15m coins. At 31k blocks when PoW ends, there will not be much more than 6.2m coins. |
