Please add merged mining with ultc! Would love to have this coin and its recent rise in price makes me think I might switch a pool with merged mining for the extra money since mining profits are slim but I can make a couple extra bucks per rig. PLEASE add ultc

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=687265.0

Thanks

Apparently ULTC is a thing people want, what other merge mines are currently up? I have not been paying attention to them as i just assumed they were dust.

I thought the same thing but the recent rise and price and roadmap by the dev is sparking interest in the community. People are starting to mine and I myself am thinking about moving for the free 5bucks a day or so.

Pools that mine it currently taken from bitcointalk

Umbrella-LTC

there is one thing I do not like about this pool. It seems the pool owners may be tied in with unethical business practices of their own. as all the machines I order from china have automatically been mining in this pool. I hav a feeling the owners of this pooll are in fact the manufactures of the mining equipment we purchase. When the equipment arrives at your house it is not new equipment it is wel overused and you can tell by the scratches on the casings, some of them have lower quality replacement fans used, none of the power supplies are the same. then if you get one that happens to have something really wrong like a ASIC Chip burnt out or a whole module burnt out they want you to pay for the shipping to return it to them, they wont send a new module to replace the broken one they sold you. It just seems unethical from the get go. they make hundreds of thousands of BTC mining w3ith the equipment before they sell it, then charge you full price with no discount.

I just find it very weird or VERY coincidental that Discuss pool is used for everything you purchase out of china, all testing is done on that pool. How I came to this conclusion and the real funny thing is when you get the equipment the values they used as an example to sell you the product does not match what you actually get even when mining on Discuss pool thru your own account. this tells me one thing, they are connected directly to the mining servers with no internet needed from the miner to the server, thus resulting in much higher speeds. Anyone in mining knows if you could eliminate the internet travel from the machinbe to the server your results will be much higher than someone mining thru internet 3000 miles away will get. And as no one is buying much mining equipment now you notice their hashrate has almost tripped in the past 2 months.

JMHO

Added note:

I love how in this industry the most unethical people are getting rewarded the most and all the community follows them like sad little puppies on a string. Trust me if they were not so unethical they would thank you for not having a mind of your own and making your own decisions. there are a few pools out there that conduct themselves with ethics and honestly and payout better than Discuss and Ghash.io. So, exactly like BFL then?

Both the Jalapenos I got from BFL had dusty internals.  Unless they did their "24 hour soak test" in a cement factory, there's no way they got that dusty without running for months.

hello! i have a problem with mining with you. i just switched from mining at wemineltc to you, with a set of four GAW miners The Fury 1.3MH.
yesterday i moved to you and entered my btc-e ltc wallet as the payout option. today i see you paid me a bit, but it doesn't show up in my BTC-E account. is there a reason for it? i double checked the payout address
and it's fine.

Today, for the first time, we are going to pay our miners more than 1000 BTC a day. And we would like to say thank you to our miners all over the world. Also, now we are supporting "3" and "9" prefixed payment addresses for all coins except HUC.

Their deposits are not always processed instantaneously, even when they display as being paid. Your payment should come eventually, if it's been more than 24-48 hours and you haven't seen a payout, then contact the staff.

I have replied in email. The payment has been confirmed in block 666065 txid 005e510508be611376fbce11539bc59a92c92799cdfeeb9cfc4708d135a70121. If the address belongs to BTC-e, it is their responsibility to credit the payment.

We have updated the process so now at least for Bitcoin, you will not see it is being paid until the payout tx gets confirmed.

At 2014-10-31T23:43:44Z, user “kkcy” found block 327934 00000000000000000fa9695d3b3f7306a8f37c0b06e035801ac3260e97f78a98 for us. This is the 10000th block we found, including 125 orphans and 1 failed to broadcast due to system malfunction. The overall orphan rate is 1.25%. Our orphan rate was 3.9% in the first three months of operation. It has been since lowered to 0.24% in October 2014, despite the fact we are generating largest blocks and behind the Great Firewall of China. We are looking forward to see the birth of the “real” 10000th, some time on November 3 or 4.

Discus Fish thanks user jua005 for mining the 10000th main chain Bitcoin block of F2Pool. The block was found at 2014-11-04T02:03:14Z. Since the opening of the pool on May 5, 2013, we have received 6.155e+23 double sha256 hashes from our users. So far we are the largest Bitcoin and Litecoin mining pool in the world, at 75Phash/s and 350Ghash/s.

We have our servers to deal with broken stratum client.get_version response from some miners, Rockminer T1 and Block Erupter Tube should now be able to connect to the pool directly.

Is it possible to make some alternative servers around the world?

The ping to china is very high this will lead to a high steal number.
