You are on a PC which has a calculator pre-installed. You have the specs of the coin right in front of you. These are the only two things you need to figure out why you are wrong.

It's a bit slower than that nSubsidy = 10000 * COIN; int factor = (pindexBest->nHeight / 1000) + 1; nSubsidy /= factor;
