So how does this coin deliver anything new or make it worth investing? There are so many anonymous coins nowadays, specially with TOR support, it seems to me like it's the latest gimmick of the day and everyone is trying to emulate DRK/XMR success.

Buy support rising. I like PoW phase and picking up coins when noobs post bs like "this is shit cause price is not rising but falling" LOL
they doesn't understand what PoW is.
I like wafflepool, you can calculate coins from waffle to dump and take a good position.
Waffle dump right after coins quit being immature. (sry for my eng:)

So, seems that Pesa is a Guarillacoin clone. I don't know if this Maxmillion McLaughlin (GitHub | G+ | Linkedin) is behind this, or if he just was a freelancer for the QT GUI changes (I'd like to hear from him), but everything I learned the past few days is negative.

Just the main things

1) Dev is unable to set up DNS/VPS server in order to bring the page online. Every script kiddie can do this in one hour. But not this dev.

Namecheap should be getting the nameservers pointed at my VPS as we speak. I'm hoping to have something up by morning.

2) Dev can't find a way to keep images online. I mean, images. Can be related to 1) obviously.

Thanks for catching this, hopefully this image host doesn't let the images expire.

3) Dev only writes sporadically. Could be a great way to swing trade Pesa, I don't say he does this, but who knows. New "sign of life" always pushes the price 100-200 sat.

4) Since this is a clone of Guarillacoin, in my opinion it's no coincidence that both roadmaps collide. If a further development is happening at all, it will most likely copy from Guarillacoin.

My humble opinion: Get out. This is most probably going to fail. Could be that there is still some speculation going on, but considering all the points above I wouldn't get involved with Pesa anymore.

Disclaimer: I don't own any Pesa anymore and I don't plan to "buy in cheap" by writing this.

There was a fork today at exactly block 2000 which is about a few hours ago. We have since resynced and orphaned all the bad blocks.  We are hashing on the correct chain.

Looking in to the issue now because it's a bit suspect that exactly at block 2000 it forked.  I'm suspecting a bad seed node with a checkpoint or something.

Thank you gentlemen,

The only person that you should be mentioning this to is binaryclock, me.  The other operators are just in the channel to moderate chat.

For anyone that has a logical brain.  Even if we assume the dev cloned Guerillacoin with the expectation to do nothing else, it's still massively undervalued.  Any shit coin with a working blockchain and decent trading volume has a market cap of at least $100k. Pesa is way below that.  It's like a riskless trade at this price.  AND, holy crap if the dev is even slightly legit, the reward/risk on this coin is through the roof.
