It is the escrows responsibility to sort these type of issues out.

OgNasty is an experienced escrow, I am confident that he will solve out this out.

If you had bought something and seller did not ship yet, neither responds to your PM's you would try to get as much visibility as possible for him to notice... I see no trolling here.
