For international users, how are you registering the card when only US addresses allowed, or are you just using services that don't require cardholder information?

The card I got (TD Bank), they were happy with just my name + e-mail for the registration. This was sufficient to add the card to Paypal

Seems like a scam to me. I've sent the initial payment and I didn't receive any account confirmation or a response from their support. Was the project shut down?

I have no idea why you would try the site when this thread has no more reply since Aug 2011 and OP hasn't logged in since Aug 2013...
