wow I'm soo glad I stuck with mining WeAreSatoshi "WAS" instead of touching this coin, had a bad vibe from this one as soon as I saw it...

coins that have hurt people/ stolen btc from people will hardly ever do well if taken over (a good example is AC) TECH has had a take over and I'm sure xan will soon as well both coins where dropped by dev's without anyone being massively butt hurt by the dev's so they have good chances of strong comebacks

well, the only resonable solution now is bittrex buyback program .. bittrex shall buy back what ever coins bought for the price the user payed .. it's all on their system no one can cheat..

I quote you the term that you have accepted if you traded in bittrex.

"In no event shall we be liable for any loss, liability or cost whatsoever arising from trades executed on any market. All executed trades on any market are final. There will be no refunds or cancelling of trades once they have been executed."

yes, i agree to that, but no where was mentioned in case coins we got payed to add were found to be malicious.

I would be SHOCKED if Bittrex even made a public statement on all the scams lately.

Would be nice to see some new measures being put into place, but I doubt it.

I'm just going to start quoting myself in all the future scam threads from this thread.

This is the main problem i can't understand why they couldn't already fix this after 5 scamcoins.

Can't understand? how hard is it to understand they are the ones scamming!

if you or I would run an exchange and we added a coin that scammed our users we would take every precaution to avoid this situation ever again.

Scamttrex on the other hand keeps listing with lightning speed to keep the scam level up so they can make more money in short period of time. its short term thinking.

They want to get out of the business and fast! They have set a goal amount x btc and i bet you they are close of reaching that goal and the exchange will close doors after that.

Why i come to this conclusion... they have a non constructive way of handling business

Maybe this is why they said "no we dont' trade on our own exchange."

I loll'd there

the only way is to not play.

once you hit 'submit' on a bittrex order it is 'all sales final' with 'no refunds.'

do not buy any more shitcoins from newb devs.

stop encouraging these scams.

we have to protect ourselves because no one else will.

it's simple really, the exchange is responsible for launching a fraudulent ipo .. you don't put a shoe company that opened yesterday on your penny stock, unless it has some documentation and actual existence and working business model .. if it was a scam and everyone who bought the shares were holding fraudulent pieces of paper, the stock exchange would be responsible  for the losses... let alone the fact that they were getting payed to list the ipo. This must be lesson to bittrex, that if you're too greedy to accept few bitcoins in order to list a 2 day old coin and risk the users that trusted you.. you must pay reparations ... any other half-idiot who wanna tell me they didn't make you buy it can shut up, because this is an exchange not a super market. We are here to buy and sell coins. We were scammed on a payed-to-be-listed IPO, and the exchange that listed it should pay.  I still like Bittrex as a platform btw.
