Just another tidbit to pass on to the script devs... in Chrome at least, when trying to view a video, of course the buffering thing you mentioned is still an issue... but, the whole page closes when you try to close only the video by clicking the X on the video box... only the video should close and take you back to the page... it closes the whole tab.

Thanks! this kind of feedback is really important. Mojpoj will put it on his list, much appreciated --- As far as the promised update goes; We are working hard on getting more girls and already made some deals with different promoters and studio owners. Also PR (press releases, twitter bots, cam forums) is being worked on and some already started. Don't really have the time to go explain everything in detail but this will become clearer today |

There are no performers online at this time. If You need performers You need provide money for stay online or thousands of consumers. If there are no consumers - performers shut down the cam. |

You give some nice feedback and we are aware of the current traffic. This coin is only a couple of weeks old and our site just got upgraded to this standard last weekend. Coming weekend we are organizing a event for the girls to get to know Crypto and make sure there is enough traffic. When girls signup on our website we contact them and ask if they want us to do promotion for them to our Crypto audience once they get online. Also we still have a 100K giveaway to models that close some private sessions and are offering individual models a bounty for signing up We hope to have enough traffic and models within the next couple weeks and are hooking up with different AEI promoters to achieve this. Building a business takes time, hyping a product is easy! edit: is vkcams already paying they're models in crypto? ... |

You need consider, that performer stay usually on 2-3 sites, for more he have no bandwitch and no PC recourses.

Saw that it showed you online... got a thumbnail type preview for a couple of seconds on the main page... but zero vid once I entered chat. Then you were offline or in private according to the pop up. Guess the site and back end still need a little tweaking. |

I'll try to get this in a popup on the site, but the chat types are... - True Private rate = You and the model only with option of showing model your cam
- Private rate = You and the model, but others can peek (watch only, no chat)
- Peek rate = You can watch a model, but not chat
- Nude rate = Anyone can watch and chat (like a gold show)
It is up to the performers to set their rates and see what works best. Nude chat is what I would do, if I was a model. Set your rate low, like 50 coins a minute. If you have just 10 people watching, you're earning 500 coins a minute, or 30K an hour! Plus tips and goals. |

I primarily use chrome and this has never happened to me. What version of chrome are you using? |

as for the video buffering problem:
- what kind of video source do you use? mp4 or flv?
if its mp4 you need h264 videos to make fastforward and better play possible.
- what kind of server are you using?
if there will be a lot of videos dont use apache or lighttpd but use nginx. you can also setup nginx with apache as a reverse proxy so nginx will handle static files and apache dynamic files. then you get much more server performance.

After 1,5 months it is time to get a organization chart with clear insight into our structure. We started working on this and expect a visual representation within a couple of days.
To get everything structured in the right way we decided to make different work groups that will have they're own task and specialty. We will describe the work groups and ask everyone with expertise to apply. For each work group there will be a work group manager chosen which will report to one of the team managers assigned to the work group:

Main workload will be discussing PR strategy and helping out with social media activity
Cam Community:
We are planning to connect with the Cam Community. To make this a success we are going to setup different "things" (sharing when it is done) and help them within the Crypto Community
Merchants/websites:
This work group will focus on merchants and websites that are related to the adult entertainment industry and camscene in particular. This will start with research and then approaching
Coin developments:
To keep the coin up to date we will be doing different updates on the code. We are (still) looking for skilled people that can assist on future updates
Future projects:
After we have made our success within the Cam Community we will go and bring out coin to other business within the AEI

If you want to help us out and take part within a work group you can apply by sending me a message. Please provide some details about your skills and specialty. This is not a definite list of groups and the possibility exists that more will be added.
You can apply for more then one work group but would advise to stick to one first. When you have more free time after that you're always welcome to join a different group.
Already some Community members have applied for a work group. We also talked with 2 people about taking a Managers position and once this is confirmed we will give out they're names. If you also have the feeling that you want to contribute towards our goals you are more then welcome to apply. Before we can finalize our organization chart we need to discuss the following. There is still 150k of pre-mine left and we wanted to use this for paying-out a weekly salary to the Managers. After discussing this we found it more appropriate if the amount we are going to pay is decided by the Community. So we would like to have your input on this. The question is "What is a fair (weekly) salary for a Managers position? |

There is a VPS Flash Media Server setup just for the video handling. It's running Nginx with Apache2 as a reverse proxy. The site is running on a separate VPS with Nginx. The videos only come from the cam operators stream. Very simple for cam operators to use. The files are stored as fla/swf files on the flash server. I'm new to flash servers and don't want to muck around with the settings on there. The cam script devs set that server up. All the applications are working with the exception of the play app. I keep messaging them through live support and skype to try to get it fixed. |
