Please stop talking about "community takeover". I've seen this too many times in other alt coins and they just prolong the death of the coin. If anything he should start his own coin and not be connected with the Checkcoin name.

If Bitsend are scammers then you are too, you've been promising to leave for so long but it still hasn't happened same as with Bitsend and the software

Just read their roadmap, and what they claim to be doing intially with the money and all their few contradicting statement misleading about what the "development team was going to do" ., all of that was quickly set up for making some btc out of the IPO. period

Well Bitsend did make mantapay, so they did make something. But if this was a scam/fraud wouldn't it be easier, than most cases, to criminalize them since they are a registered company? Wouldn't be in their best interest to end up in that situation Might as well wait 2-3 days from now and see what happens.

According to Bitsend they said they will respond before the 23rd.
So it is the 23rd. Will they respond? We will see. If they don't then you can pretty much say they ran away from the project and lied to us.

like what Zeitcoin did...that shit was in the toilet for the longest time but they formed a new team. Checkcoin is actually one of the more useful alt-coin ideas around. It's got a promo video, a decent site, a sweet logo, it just needs some actual development and direction.
