is this normal .. like the pool is fucked up ... or the miner sending 50% to someone else .. or what

yes. Website and developer user account registered few months before launching of coin. So it seems legit so far. If it's legit , i believe what they are showing here. There is potential and worth the risk.

There is no confirm balance. Coin only confirm after 48 hours.

I swear that I have seen 1200 coins confirmed, now they vanished

Maybe a display bug on pool ? Maybe u can check your mining history

i think 7 days with block reward amount 1041 and after that it will drop about 400 coins per block for 30 days..
