When you run ZIP purse, will automatically follow the operation of a Ztor.exe
Over a period of time your other coins will be stolen,
The ZIP wallet I download on the official website, actually a Trojan horse?
Other coins I have been stolen, hateful! Fuck!

The two bold rows are two of the people on here that said they got their coins taken. Looks to be about 13 people that lost coins if all of those transfers are from that ztor.exe virus.

These people with coins being stolen are obviously downloading the wallet from somewhere other than the official links.

Everything is fine for me and seemingly most people here.

We encouraging you to check all your wallets files as these accusations have Trojans have been popping up. We have looked over our source code multiple times and this is not a problem for us, but many have been experiencing complications. Please keep us updated and check your devices urgently.

Can this address be validated on the blockchain or something as collecting more than the coins listed and gathering them up.

im not trying FuD.im not sure what the problem was.just saying that's what I installed.i have zipwallet installed again and its seems fine.i am actually mining zip also.some suggested the google extension as I have posted this in stealth and vootcoin threads to get help and suggestions so I don't happen again.i take full responsibility for any sercurity breach on my pc.i have heard of some google extentions causing sercurity problems before.

Actually do you think it's possible it came from a pool? I had the same file structure on my mining PC in appdata\local. The good thing is that my mining pc only has mining wallets, all my coins are transferred to cold wallets on another PC as I mine. Whew... I did notice that it tried to access Bitcoin, Bitcoindark, Blackcoin, and Darkcoin wallets at 12:59am on 8/4/2014 EST. I'm still looking but it seems that the processes died shortly after they started but I didn't see anything in malwarebytes.

For this I mined on altpooler

Anyways I also checked zipcoin files and they are clean. It's freaking weird.

Where did you guys mine???

The zipcoin file is CLEAN NOW, but I STILL have the original one, one hour after it was posted on Altcoinherald. The wallet that is there now, is NOT the original!!!

Where did you download the original wallet from?

I have just started to mine this coin yeterday. But cant get the wallet to work. Something doesnt seem right about this coin or someone has done something to the wallet. I ran the wallet and get an error message. then like some other wallets you have to restart the wallet again. Then i get a message i have not received from any other wallet before telling me that 'The sandbox at location (cant post as it contains my name) is being used by a different location. Please select a different sandbox location and try again.'

Any ideas??

Something smells fishy about this coin or at least the wallet file. Where is the website & social media details?

Also does anyone else have a file called ztor.exe in their taskmanager

You know you can bind a trojan with the windows wallet then encrypt the new file with a crypter and create a Fully undetectable file.

Show up on virus total as clean being that the crypter is private and the stub is private, detecting it might take a week if not more.

Yes there are features with new trojans that can disable sandbox, hide itself from taskmanager, Anti-virus killer, Firewall killer, persistence and a bitch to remove.

And yes some trojans can bypass VMs.

If the wallet has a trojan/keylogger you'd probably never know until its too late, its pretty hard to find it and when opening the wallet the trojan or keylogger copies itself to a different location configured by the person spreading it.

Would be careful guys, and I would really trust members that registered a day or 2 ago defending the coin and claiming the file is clean when people are getting their coins stolen.

this is why you mine on pool and dump from there, anyway running some antivirus like malwarebytes will help you, instead of installing garbage stuff without any defense,

bypassing a good firewall is very hard to do(even the windows firewall, check for yourself), you need a very good virus to do this, i don't think those dev can do it

i've installed 200wallet, no virus has scratched me ever

I downloaded the wallet from here: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/13908-zipcoin-zip-information/

Just checked and noticed that the dev must have removed the file. I only downloaded last night: https://mega.co.nz/#!JAoyiajC!0ND16g-6qVDRGVuxnNBZmd-NInXzpbdaW9Pe9dDlDUo

So for that reason, i feel safer. just doing some virus scans now to check system.
