I see the message when I try to download a wallet for Windows (0.8.7.600):

The file is infected with a virus.

Only the owner can download infected files.

Can I somehow download latest Windows wallet without malware?

Windows QT Wallet (v0.8.6.1) does not want to start saying that libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing. Is that normal?..  

p.s. eventually the wallet has requested several DLLs (libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll, libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll, libstdc++-6.dll, libwinpthread-1.dll) but it does not start anyway.
