Can i use run_generate while pool mining?  The pool miner does not contain it by default and it is just closing instantly when I attempt to run it.

Thanks!

Yes you can.  Using Windows? Did you remember to change the beginning of the .bat file from java to "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe"?

Yep, on Windows.  I just copied the previously working generate.bat and .sh to the pool folder then double-clicked. (so yes, have the correct java path)

Can you post your config from the run_mine (pool version) and the run_generate and also your hw config cpu + ram) ?

Something is definitely not right for me, I haven't had a payout since last night!  Im going to dig those links up to shares and account and see if im even still submitting but the miner appears to be wrong.

Will keep an eye on this and make sure its updating,  I think I screwed up and switched it to solo mine before I went to bed and fixed it when I woke up, oops.

Hard drive mining is disruptive. 10-50x price increase is possible. Maybe even more.

how many capactity do you have in the pool, pool only pays you when it hit the block and you submit the shares at that block, i have 3.8 TB and received 7000 burst total from the pool Grin last night

So are we thinking pool v2 is working - it's just been unlucky today?

I wish the pool would have a list of previous blocks found, or something to indicate pool luck.
